Is There A Contract Or Required Commitment?

Only if you want it! You have the option to be on either a ‘Kick-start Grow Plan’ or a ‘Kick-start Plan’ or a ‘Kick-start Premium Plan’. We will deliver you the diligence work upfront to ensure you are getting the right solution before you finalize a decision. You can upgrade at any time whenever you want on either of these options. And also you can downgrade when you want to on the ‘Kick-start Grow Plan’ or when your ‘Kick-start Plan’ or a ‘Kick-start Premium Plan’ expires. You can take any of these plans and options whatever is preferred by you and which one is most suitable for you.

Can I Import My Current Data Into Infusionsoft?

“Yes,” Data Importing into Infusionsoft is very simple and easy. We will provide you full support on how to import data into Infusionsoft. Before you migrate contacts into ActiveCampaign, you will first need to export them from your Infusionsoft account. This export needs to be a CSV file that contains each contact’s email address and any other valuable information (first name, last name, company, etc) you wish to keep into the software. This CSV file can also help you determine what automation, campaign, or segments your contacts should belong to in your ActiveCampaign account. 

Note: The receiving information from your uploaded business data must be of people who have ‘opted-in’ information. Infusionsoft is very protective of its 99% deliverability rate with email service providers. The ratio of deliverability rate is very high because of the strict adherence to the ‘Can-spam’ act which we require all customers to follow worldwide as ‘best practice’.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. (Ideally, you’ll never want to). Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the next invoice date. This request should be initiated verbally through our representative.
